Nutella rolls (topping)

Cinnamon rolls can be stored for 1-3 days at room temperature, up to 7 days in the refrigerator, or up to 2 months in the freezer (if wrapped in foil or stored in an airtight container). Reheat the rolls for 20-30 seconds before consuming (microwave).

NYC cookies are often sealed and can be stored for 10 days at room temperature. If desired, warm them in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for a few minutes.

Brownies/Blondies

5-7 days at room temp, 7-10 days in the refrigerator (especially if they contain cream cheese or fruit), freezer: 3-6 months.

Reheating: 10-15 seconds in the microwave (not too long, otherwise they will become tough/unpleasant).

Fudge is good for a minimum of 2-3 weeks if stored airtight in a cool, dark place (not in the refrigerator), or 3 to 6 months in the freezer (airtight in cling wrap and an airtight container).

Banana bread 5 days at room temperature, 7 days in the refrigerator, or up to a year in the freezer (if wrapped airtight in foil or an airtight container).
