How do I place an order?

You can add the desired products to your shopping cart via our website.

You can then choose from:

- Shipping (Netherlands & Belgium)

Shipping is done via PostNL. You can choose to have it delivered at home or to a pickup point. (We will always choose a location with long opening hours, unless it's too far away, e.g., a Karwei or supermarket open until 8 or 10 PM). We ship Monday to Thursday, and delivery usually takes 1 to 2 days.

(Please note weekends and holidays⚠️delivery may be delayed. We are not liable for any delays by the delivery service⚠️)

- Pickup in Capelle aan den IJssel is also possible.

Via our integrated calendar, you can schedule a shipping date (for shipping) or pickup time. The calendar is open for 6 months, so you can plan orders in advance.

** Is your desired date not available? Send us an email (amasbakery@outlook.com) or DM (via Instagram) to inquire about the possibilities. You can immediately provide the date and how you would like to receive it. We aim to respond within 24 hours (Instagram is often the fastest).**

How can I pay?

You can pay via iDeal, PayPal, Klarna, or credit card. For orders to Belgium, Sofort (Belgian iDeal) is also available.

How far in advance do I need to order?

 You can order 3 to 4 days before the shipping date, before 6 PM. (After 6 PM, you can choose the next shipping day).

Business/large orders must be placed at least 3 to 4 weeks in advance.

Allergens

Our products may contain traces of nuts.

We make everything fresh to order and use, among other things, butter, whole milk, eggs, and flour.

What packaging do you use?

We try to use environmentally friendly packaging as much as possible, such as paper bags, kraft paper/cardboard boxes, and cellophane bags.

Cellophane is a film made from cellulose (a component of plant cell walls). This material is therefore completely biodegradable and extremely environmentally friendly. Due to its organic origin, cellophane is also food-safe. (Source: packlinq)

Are your products Halal?
