Biscoff Blondies

Biscoff Blondies – Chewy Speculoos Perfection

Meet the blond sister of the brownie, but with an amazing upgrade. Our Biscoff Blondies are the ultimate treat for anyone who can't get enough of the iconic, unique taste of Lotus speculoos.

We start with a rich, soft blondie base that tastes of creamy white chocolate and brown sugar, providing that delicious chewy texture. Then we swirl generous ribbons of creamy Biscoff spread through it and top it all off with crunchy pieces of Lotus speculoos cookies. The result? A perfect balance between soft, chewy, and a subtle crunch.
